Shout out to Sogol!

This week I went to get a pedicure at Sanctuary Spa in the South Town Mall. Normally I wouldn't spend $50 on a pedicure, but I had a $30 gift card, so it wasn't too bad. Anyway, I was pampered to the max...so much so that I made Sogol, my pedicurist, take a picture of me! I was treated like royalty, and I think it's because I look like I am about to explode!
2 weeks left!
Sogol propped me up with all these pillows, got me the warm neck scented thing, refilled my drink every 10 minutes and kept telling me how beautiful I was. I would laugh when she would leave the room because I never have been treated like this before! The best part...at the end she brought me this piece of cheesecake and told me I could stay as long as I wanted. Please, someone go there, get a pedicure, and tell me if it is always that great, or if she just felt sorry for me! It was awesome! Next week...my pregnancy massage! However, I probably won't have the masseuse take a pic. of me!

With the fam at the Cabin!

This past week, my family all flew in from CA for their summer vacaction to Utah. We all stayed at my parents cabin in Oakley. I had such a blast with them.
I can't get enough of my nieces and nephews!
After many attempts, Josh and Brent finally caught some fish! They had good luck on Josh's birthday up at Smith and Morehouse on the kayaks. They came back and grilled them for lunch.
One morning, the kids spotted a moose out the back door! Unfortunatly, I was still sleeping! Here is one attempt at fishing in the river...no luck!
We made all the kids get in the tub together for a cute pic.
The babies didn't last long in all the craziness!
One last pic of Josh horseback riding! My brother in law's sister brought up her horse, Big Brown, for everyone to ride. I didn't dare get on that horse!
I just noticed there are no pictures of me on this post...I will have to post one last pregnancy profile pic soon!

Grand Finale!

We are finally done for now! Of course there are little things I want to do...add her name somewhere, find things for the top of the dresser, recover the chair, etc, but for right now I am done! We are pretty much ready for our little girl.
Josh, Mark, Racquel and I all went to our all day hospital class on Saturday. Boy, did we learn a ton, however, it freaked me out a little bit! I think the whole class was a little shocked when we watched the live birth on video, placenta and all! I am anxious to see how the whole labor part works out for me! We had a good time and a lot to think about afterwards. One of my favorite parts was when the lady wanted us to repeat, "My baby is the perfect size for my body," and Josh was one of the only people saying it!

3 more days of school, 5 1/2 more weeks of pregnancy...

The Chase's and the Foster's at the cabin over Memorial Day! We are so glad they are here for the summer!
My life is full of countdowns at the moment! I can't believe I haven't posted in such a long time! I hate it when people don't update! I need to get in the habit of taking more pictures!
Anyways, 3 more days of school...it is so bittersweet. I will miss it, but love being home at the same time! How can you not look at those 5/6 year olds without smiling. I guess it's a good year to end on...I will never have another class as good as this one! I love my job! This pic. is from a baby shower I had with my class and their moms. It was amazing! I am incredibly blessed!
5 weeks, 4 days, until my due date! Where has the time gone? Honestly, it is so weird to think that such a HUGE change will take place so soon. I am trying to prepare, but have no clue what I am doing! I am excited...along with every other emotion at the moment! Too bad babies don't really just slip out of the belly button! I will post pics. of the nursery next. It is coming along. The mural artist comes on June 10th to do her thing...I am anxious to see how it all turns out! I will have to post about the dresser fiasco as well...one day we won't have to assemble our furniture!
